The decorated Chef Kevin Belton is getting ready to celebrate The Crescent City's unique flavors on The Big Easy Cruise!
While waiting to set sail, Chef Kevin has been very busy in the world of cuisine and excellence. In April, Chef was presented with a prestigious Legends Award by the American Culinary Federation (ACF)! The ACF acknowledges those with proven skills, knowledge, and professionalism in the culinary industry. His level of expertise also seated him on the board of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience (NOWFE), where he is looking to break attendance numbers prior to COVID-19 for upcoming events this year. One taste of his delicious creations, and people are sure to show up hungry for more!
Did you catch Chef at the 2024 French Quarter Festival? Chef Kevin hosted and emceed a culinary stage event for the first time ever! If you missed out on this culinary experience - don't sweat it! You'll be sure to experience live cooking demonstrations onboard the 2025 Big Easy Cruise!
As for what's on the horizon, Chef Kevin will be involved in what is considered the culinary World Cup! In January, New Orleans is hosting Bocuse d'Or Americas, with the winning teams competing in Lyon, France. So be sure to tune in for all things NOLA cooking!
